Brown and Black dog with bushy Tail missing

His Name is Shades and he was last seen in Temba on Thursday the 13th. He is brown and quite skinny. He has one white paw and a white belly. His tail and ears are quite bushy. He runs away quite easily so don't try to capture but please tell us when and where you've seen him. We're grateful for any tip. Thank you
