I live in Chesterville Wiggins. We found this poor baby tied up by his legs left to die and after saving him last week he has not left our side. We can unfortunately not keep him due to the fact that the landlord wants him gone but he has been with us for a week now. He is very good with my 3 year old son and is very lovable and protective. Im not sure whos baby this is but we have to take him to the SPCA today.
